They locked my account after an internal credit error (essentially taking 10 quid off my account) then had the audacity to blame my bank, telling me they&#039;d taken the money back. Which they hadn&#039;t. After a week of my account being locked they put the 10 quid back, admitting it was an internal error. Then took a further 10 days to restore the account - it took a rant at the Indian call centre to make them put me onto a UK based operative, who fixed the whole thing in 2 minutes.

Outsourcing - stupid idea.</description>
